The PMOS Reset · 90-Day Method

Work with PMOS — by calming the insulin behind it.

PMOS (formerly PCOS) was renamed for a reason: it’s metabolic. This is the 90-day, nurse-built plan that works on the root pattern — not your willpower.

It’s not a diet. It’s a method.

If you’ve been told to “just lose weight,” you were handed half a sentence.

You do the things. You eat less, you move more, and the scale won’t budge. Your cycles are unpredictable. The cravings feel louder than your willpower. And every symptom got its own separate fix — a cream for the skin, a pill for the cycle, a lecture about the weight.

  • Irregular or missing periods
  • Weight that holds at the midsection no matter what you try
  • Cravings and afternoon crashes
  • Acne, unwanted hair, or thinning hair at the scalp
  • Tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix

Here’s what no one told you: those aren’t separate problems. For most women, they trace back to one pattern — high insulin driving high androgens. Work on that root, and the signals tend to quiet together. It was never a willpower problem.

Is this for you?

This is for you if…
  • You’ve been told you have PCOS or PMOS — or you recognize the pattern
  • “Eat less, move more” hasn’t worked and you’re tired of generic advice
  • You want to understand what’s happening, in plain language, from a nurse
  • You want daily structure, not another lecture
This is not for you if…
  • You’re looking for a cure or a guaranteed result
  • You want a fertility treatment or a pregnancy promise
  • You want something that replaces your medical care
  • You’re not ready to change daily inputs over 90 days
The honest part

PMOS involves more than one hormone, and a smaller group of women have it without insulin resistance at all. Insulin is the lever most women can actually move, which is why this method works on it first. This is education and daily structure — it does not diagnose, treat, or cure anything, and individual results vary.

Questions, answered honestly

Is this medical advice?

No. It’s education and daily structure from a registered nurse. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or cure anything, and it doesn’t replace your clinician. Always talk to your provider about your symptoms, labs, and any changes.

Do I need an official PMOS or PCOS diagnosis to use it?

No. It’s built for women who have the diagnosis and women who recognize the pattern. If you haven’t been evaluated, the labs section helps you walk into that conversation prepared.

I’m on metformin, a GLP-1, or birth control. Can I still use this?

The bundle is educational and is designed to sit alongside your care. Talk to your prescriber before changing your diet or fasting, since doses can need adjusting as things improve. I’m not anti-medication — this is the foundation underneath whatever you and your provider decide.

Will it fix my cycle or help me get pregnant?

Improving the metabolic pattern may support steadier cycles for some women, and that can matter for fertility — but this is not a fertility treatment and makes no pregnancy promises. If you’re trying to conceive, work with your OB or a fertility specialist.

Biology responds to inputs. Let’s change the inputs.
